How to use the peanut sheller

The KMBK series of peanut sheller is the professional equipment for peanut shelling. The machine has the functions of peanut shelling and shell and kernel separation with the features of simple structure, convenient operation, low power consumption, lower noise, etc. During the shelling process, there are a lot to be noticed when using the peanut shelling machine to avoid production accident and machine damage caused by improper operation.

1, The feeding should be uniform in the operation process with the appropriate feeding speed of 20 to 30 kg/min. If the secondary air feeding mouth is blocked due to the excessive returning materials, the operator should reduce the feeding amount and open the impurity removing door in the lower part of air conveyor. The excessive material returning may be caused by the large mesh clearance and small peanut fruit. Put forty or fifty largest peanuts on the screen surface, if a quarter of peanuts can not fall through the screen, the operator should replace the screen with a larger one.
2, Before starting the peanut sheller, close the baffle of the discharging mouth first to avoid the outflow of peanut. When peanuts on the surface of the screen gathering with the thickness of about 30 mm, then slowly open the baffle to make the peanut kernels and small fruit flow out along different directions. The opening degree of the baffle should be adjusted frequently to discharge the peanut kernels at the back of the baffle and stop small peanuts with shells, otherwise it will affect the quality of shelling.
3, If large amount of peanut kernels are found in the discharging mouth of peanut sheller, they cannot flow out smoothly even open the baffle fully, the guide wheel can be raised slightly higher, then peanuts can flow out smoothly.
4, If there are many peanut shells in the returning materials, turn up the wind deflector of the fan in the peanut sheller to increase the air output. On the contrary, if there are too many peanut kernels in the shells blown out of the machine, the air output should be decreased. The baffle in the shell outlet can also be open or closed in order to obtain satisfactory results.

Note: if the peanuts in shells are too dry, the breakage rate will increase in shelling process. Wet the peanut shells uniformly with clear water and place them for a few hours before shelling to achieve the ideal effect.
