Working principle of peanut sheller:
First, peanuts are fed into the feeding hopper of the peanut sheller by manual and roll into the roller. Then, peanut shells and kernels are separated due to the twist of the rotation of the card and the concave plate of grid. After shelling, peanuts shells and kernels fall through the grid. In the air duct, most of peanut shells would be blown out of the peanut sheller. While peanut kernels and a small part of broken shells drop on the gravity separating sieve and move to the two sides respectively in the vibrating screen. Then, peanut kernels would be discharged from the discharge port and broken shells would be blown out from the other end by the plate fan. At the same time, peanuts without shelling are sent into the second conveying device to the feeding port for second shelling through the conveying hopper.
