Requirements for groundnut sorting and stacking:

The peanuts to be shelled shall be sorted according to different sizes and placed in a concentrated pile at the site next to the peanut sheller on a higher ground. The accumulation thickness is 0.5-0.7m, and according to different moisture content, the peanuts shall be air-dried or humidified to make the moisture content reach 8%-13% before shelling.

Clean shelling and high productivity. The material should be free of iron, stone and other hard impurities. The peanut sheller equipped with cleaning device should have a high degree of cleanliness. The loss rate and breakage rate should be low. It can be used for shelling many kinds of crops to improve the utilization rate.
2. Requirements for peanuts (nuts).
The moisture content of peanut should be suitable. Low moisture would lead to high crushing rate, while high moisture would affect the working efficiency.
3. When the peanut sheller needs to be stopped, stop feeding for 3-5 minutes and then let the material in the cleaning warehouse gets empty before stopping. If there is an emergency shutdown for some reason, when the machine is started again, the cleaning machine should be started first, and then the fan should be turned on and feed after normal operation.
