First of all, peanuts fall in the coarse grid first through artificial feeding. Due to the rubbing force of the board rotation and the fixed grid concave plates, the peanuts would be shelled. Peanut kernels and shells after separating would fall from the grid. Second, the wind will blow most of peanut shells out of the machine through the air duct, while peanut kernels and part of unshelled peanuts would fall into the specific gravity separation sieve. After screening, peanut kernels would be sent upward from the sieve surface and flow into the sack through the discharge port. The unshelled peanuts would be sent downward into the material hoist through the discharge channel, then sent into the fine grid for the second shelling and separating by the gravity separation sieve. Then, all of the peanuts can be shelled.

Finally, using a screen mesh with certain screen aperture (a large hole sieve should be used for the first time of threshing, use the small screen for the second shelling after the selection of small fruit), then, under the blowing force of peanut shelling machine's rotating fan, the light peanut shells would be blown out of the machine, while peanut kernels would be separated by the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
