The series of peanut shelling machine produced by KMEC peanut machinery adopts triangle belt for transmission. The belt would be extended and loose due to the tension for a long time. Once the temperature of the belt pulley is found higher, the operator need to check whether the belt is slipping. Tensioning or replace it according to the situation so as not to cause too low speed of the peanut shelling machine. The operating temperature of the motor should not exceed 60℃. If the temperature of motor is too high, the operator should immediately stop the machine and check the circuit and ensure the voltage reaches 380V, while the two phase motor should reach 220v. The bearing temperature should not exceed 25℃. If the bearing temperature is too high, the operator should immediately stop and check whether the bearing is damaged so as to avoid greater losses.
